If you were a Bristol County inmate and you were charged the $5.00 dollar per day "cost-of-care" fee, fees for medical care, fees for GED services or tests, or any haircut fee in excess of $1.50 per haircut by Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson between July 1, 2002 and July 30, 2004, you may be entitled to a settlement payment.
